Your brilliant paragraph with the paper towel dispenser got me thinking of little things that drive me nuts, and packaging came to mind. I'd add, it's the plastic wrap around new products that takes scissors to cut, and the blade of the scissors actually slips and cuts your finger; or it's Amazon's big box around a small product that requires wrestling to pull apart and break down, and as you stomp the cardboard to flatten it for the recycling bin, you process your annoyance and guilt about using Amazon instead of shopping local.
