Thoroughly enjoyed getting sucked in to this piece of reflective writing. I still consider myself a journalist and do creative gigs for the grandkids and kids. At 25 I did the one thing said I would never do, be a teacher like my dad.😂 Taught journalism, photography, publications, solved problems creatively, annoyed people with fun new ways of thinking about things, taught wiling adults how to do the same. Looks like you are living the dream! I’ve worked with teens on writing process in fun ways that they loved and that made all the difference, and won them some national awards. Keep up the great work.
